In the manufacturing sector a special attention is paid to the development and equipping of the manufacturing facilities with state-of-the-art equipment, development and manufacturing of products which comply with the European requirements to lighting fixtures both in quality and technical characteristics.
Manufacturing of lighting fixtures and flood lights: AMIRA-Svetotekhnika LLC, St. Petersburg is a comprehensive production facility manufacturing outdoor lighting fixtures and flood lights.
Lighting equipment, which are being developed at the enterprise, comply with the following parameters as:
functionality, maximum reliability, maintenance convenience, high-quality light distribution.
Components produced by leading domestic and world producers are used in manufacturing of outdoor lighting fixtures and flood lights. AMIRA-Svetotekhnika manufactures outdoor lighting fixtures and flood lights of the following types:
Console lighting fixtures of the following series: “20”, “22” UFO, “24”,”30″ Most, “30” N, “33”, “36”, “42”, “50”, “50” N, “52” for gas-discharge lamp from 70 to 250 W and light-emitting diode matrices.
Standing lighting fixtures of the following series: “09”, “11”, “13”, “15” Aleksandrovsky Garden and “15” Griboedova Canal, “22”, “24” for gas-discharge lamp from 70 to 250 W and light-emitting diode matrices.
Suspended lighting fixtures of the following series: “10”,”15″ Pestelia, “20” Avenue, “22” UFO, “24” for gas-discharge lamp from 70 to 250 W and light-emitting diode matrices. Flood lights of series «01», «03», «05», «08», «23» for sodium, mercury and metal-halide lamps from 70 to 2000 W with various types of reflectors.
In addition to serial production of lighting fixtures and flood lights at the manufacturing facility of AMIRA-Svetotekhnika works are in progress aimed at the customizing of existing models taking into account individual customer’s requirements.
Besides, exclusive lighting fixtures are being developed and manufactured which are intended for installation at significant city structures. This way in 2010 AMIRA-Svetotekhnika manufactured gas lights which were installed in the Aleksandrovsky Garden in St. Petersburg. In 2011 lights for the embankment of Griboedova Canal were custom-tailored and manufactured.

Fabrication of lighting masts, poles and steel structures:

- Megapolis LLC are the plants manufacturing steel lighting poles, masts and metal structures: brackets, parts embedded in foundations, attached elements – ladders, service platforms, etc.
On June 30, 2015 steel structures fabrication facility of Megapolis LLC was inaugurated. Metal structures plant of Megapolis LLC is a high-tech production facility aimed at the manufacturing of long metal structures, including closed tubular sections.
The process utilized at the plant is based on highly efficient presses generating forces of 1000 and 2000 tons with the length of working area equal to 12 and 14 meters respectively. Process and tools supporting the process allow bending of steel sheets up to 25 mm thick along the whole length of the working area.
Pressing process lines include four welding lines for manufacturing items of “round” closed section up to 350 mm which produce a continuous weld 14 meters long based on two welding processes: СО2 and welding under flux. Two larger welding lines ensure welding of diameters from 0.7 to 2.0 meters. Welding line for welding 2 m long tubular blanks is equipped with two burners and ensures welding under flux with backing electrode, which allows welding a high-quality longitudinal weld on items made of thick metal sheets. All process operations are connected to the system of conveying devices with a mechanized system of pickup and upload.
Today production facilities of AMIRA Group of Companies manufacture the following types of poles:
VMON – steel faceted galvanized lighting masts with a stationary platform or inclined cassette for installation of lighting equipment, from 11 to 60 meters high, with maintenance platforms, ladders and railings. VMON type masts are intended for lighting of sports arenas and large open areas.
VMO – steel faceted galvanized lighting masts with a mobile crown for installation of lighting equipment, from 11 to 60 meters high. VMO lighting masts with a mobile crown are used for lighting of traffic junctions, traffic arteries, large open areas, squares, etc.
VMONT – steel faceted galvanized lighting masts with a fixed frame for installation of lighting equipment, from 11 to 60 meters high.
OGKS – steel faceted galvanized lighting poles which are folded in the middle using a special mechanism, from 6 to 25 m high. These poles are installed on downhill slopes, football stadiums, ice hockey rinks, as well as for lighting of highway junctions, motor roads, etc.
OGS – steel faceted galvanized reinforced poles 8, 9 and 10 meters high are intended for installation of lighting fixtures, for suspension of self-supported insulated wires up to 0.4 kV, as well as for installation of supplementary equipment, for instance, advertising and information billboards.
OGSKS – steel faceted galvanized reinforced contact line poles 10 meters high
OGK – steel faceted galvanized poles from 3 to 16 meters high
OGKKZ and OGGKV – steel faceted galvanized poles 7.5 meters high for quarter lighting
OGKZN – steel faceted galvanized poles from 4 to 8 meters high.
Poles are folded using a special mechanism.
OSPK – lighting poles made of fiber-glass, from 4 to 8 m high.
OT – tubular poles from 6 to 12 meters high.
Decorative supports. Brackets. Parts embedded in foundations. Metal structures fabricated according to customer’s drawings. Production facilities are equipped similar to leading manufacturers of poles and metal structures. There are lines of plasma-assisted cutting of steel sheet, a sheet bending for shaping of sheet to obtain a faceted pole, a state-of-the-art welding line, etc. Production processes are continuously improved, new technical solutions are being looked for, new types of decorative poles and brackets are being constantly developed.
