Upgrading of Zhigulevskaya state district power plant (1950-1957) is at full speed. Hydroelectric power plant is located at Volga River in Samara Region near the cities of Zhigulevsk and Tolyatti. It is the sixth stage and the second in output in the cascade of Volga-Kama HEPP (included in the structure of Russian power corporation OJSC RusGidro).
In 2015 upgrading of crane trolley supports and lighting poles power supply took place at Zhigulevskaya state district power plant.
Design of equipping the facility with 69 special lighting poles OGS-0.7-77 was prepared by Rostov affiliate of AMIRA JV, CJSC. Poles were developed and manufactured at AMIRA StalKonstruktsiya plant in St. Petersburg.
