The airport on the outskirts of the village of Chara in the Kalarsky district is the only connection to the regional center (the distance to the regional center is 650 km). The message is built in three directions from Chita, Irkutsk and Krasnoyarsk. A large-scale reconstruction of the airport is long overdue. The first stage was completed in 2023, and the project will be fully completed this year.
During the reconstruction, the top layer of asphalt of the runway and small apron was renewed, excavation work was carried out on unpaved areas, the aprons were paved, the access road was equipped, and lighting was updated.
AMIRA Group specialists designed and installed masts with a stationary lighting crown and LED floodlights of the Maha-Plus series. Lighting masts with a fixed platform (crown), on which the equipment is mounted, are made of different types: with stairs, without stairs, with stairs without fencing. In this project, a variant with stairs with protective fences and recreation areas was used.
The LED floodlights of the Maha Plus series meet all modern lighting requirements, namely:
● optimize the distribution of light and have reduced glare;
● They have proven themselves in working in extreme climatic and weather conditions;
● Have the possibility of intelligent control.
This equipment can significantly reduce energy consumption and minimize light pollution.
