Privacy and Personal Data Processing Policy of the website www.amira-industry.com (as amended on 05/27/2025)
- General provisions
1.1 This Privacy and Personal Data Processing Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) has been compiled in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated 27.07.2006 “On Personal Data” (Russian Federation) and defines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure the security of personal data of AMIRA JSC (TIN 7806013181) (hereinafter referred to as the Operator).
1.2 The Policy defines the list of personal information about the users of the site that the Operator receives and/or collects to ensure the security of the information.
1.3 The Operator sets as its most important goal and condition for the implementation of its activities the observance of human and civil rights and freedoms when processing his personal data, including the protection of the rights to privacy, personal and family secrets.

2.1 The personal data of the website users includes:
2.1.1 Data automatically received by the http server when accessing the Company’s Website: IP address, address of the requested resource, date and time of entry and exit from the resource, information about the web browser and the type of device from which the login was made, page browsing history, resources (third-party websites), as well as key queries, from which the user was redirected to the Website, the user’s login and exit pages. The analysis is carried out using the Yandex.Metrica service.
2.1.2 The data of the electronic forms filled out by the user and sent to the address of the Operator’s company.

2.2 The Operator reserves the right to determine additional conditions and procedures for the collection, storage, protection, processing and dissemination of information about users of the Website in other public documents and services of the Website.

The Owner of personal data decides to provide his personal data and agrees to their processing freely, voluntarily and in his own interest after reviewing the consent form Consent to the processing of personal data by marking (ticking) in the appropriate block of the feedback form.
- Rights of the Owner of personal data
9.1 The owner of personal data has the right to receive information from the Operator regarding the processing of his personal data, unless such right is limited in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation. The personal data subject has the right to require the Operator to clarify his personal data, block or destroy them if the personal data is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, illegally obtained or is not necessary for the stated purpose of processing, as well as to take legally prescribed measures to protect their rights.
9.2 The Operator is obliged to immediately stop processing his personal data at the request of the personal data subject. The owner of personal data has the right to protect his rights and legitimate interests in case of violation by the Operator of the legislation of the Russian Federation. The Owner sends a notice of the requirement to terminate the use of personal data in free form with a note in the subject line “Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data” to the Operator’s email address: amira@amira.ru
- Final provisions
Other rights and obligations of the Operator are determined by the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of personal data.
Operator officials guilty of violating the rules governing the processing and protection of personal data are subject to disciplinary, administrative, civil or criminal liability in accordance with the procedure established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
